See-D Media

See-D Media is a revolutionary interactive media format. A See-D is filled with interactive articles, stories, news, reviews, consumer hints, contests, bargains and special offers, with full-motion video, music and interactive games, plus hundreds of specific Internet links and all of that content is edited and presented in a manner which is both engaging and useful to the target consumer audience. By utilizing CD-ROM, instead of the Internet, See-D is able to deliver a vastly superior consumer experience without losing the one-to-one relationship and data mining capabilities of the Internet. The barrier to using CD-ROM delivery mechanisms in the past has been the high cost of distribution. We have solved this problem by developing a distribution network to get CDs into the hands of its target audience, paid for by participating advertising co-sponsors ("Advertiser") who reap the benefit of that distribution network for minimal cost.

We are currently in negotiation with a number of national Distribution Sponsors ("DS"). A DS is usually a major national retail chain (gas and convenience store; drug store; grocery, etc.) eager to provide a brand-extending product of value to their current customers. Each of these DS serves millions of customers on a weekly basis, and views the See-D as a means to increase customer ties and loyalty in a new, exciting and cost effective manner. At the same time, the millions of DS customers are the same highly-valued consumers that thousands of brand marketers are trying to reach in a personal and interactive manner. The DS provides a detailed customer profile to us so that the See-D content can be edited to match the audience demographics. Additionally, our advertising sales teams will use this data to attract Advertisers targeting those particular consumers.
